The start of autumn should annually remind you to take inventory of if your business is a lead-generating machine or if changes need to be made.
Why this time of year?
Because for many of us, once the holidays hit, if we do not have effective lead generation tools (that include some level of automation), we will start January (and perhaps February too) with the sound of crickets because our deals have dried up during the holiday festivities.
