'Why do I need an agent?' 5 comebacks that prove your value and 3 ways to tap into your value
As a real estate agent, you've likely had clients question your value, with many thinking they can handle the complexities of buying and selling on their own. Here are a few ways compiled by Inman News to illustrate just how much YOU bring to the table including my take on how do-it-yourself real estate is like building wobbly Ikea furniture. Yeesh!
On a serious note, if you have been in one of my Listing Leader workshops, then you know it is important to quantify our value. If prospective clients have had a poor experience with an agent or got wind of a poor experience that a friend or family member had (that you likely have NO knowledge), then you will likely be judged by that standard. Thus, it is important to set expectations of what you do (that is quite different from the rest). The infographic below is a short summary but click here for more details.
