How Not to Ditch Your New Year's Resolution: Get a 2020 Vision for Your Business

I just read that January 17th is the day that most people give up on New Year's resolutions. So much so that January 17th has been negatively coined, Ditch Your Resolution Day. How is that for demotivation. Ugh, the struggle is real!
But for those of us that are self-employed, we have to go against this negative current, preventing it from becoming our self-talk. It is important that we move from just the good intentions of a resolution (or dream) to intentionally directing the course of our businesses.
To help you stay the course in the face of others throwing in the towel, it is imperative to check in with yourself after the ominous Ditch Day. And one of the best ways to self-reflect and recalibrate if needed is by writing down your goals/dreams/resolutions and reviewing them from time to time. Because I truly believe:
